With BKMS® VoiceIntake we offer you the chance to expand the BKMS® System web application by adding a telephone option for submitting reports. Using a normally free, country and customer-specific phone number, whistleblowers can inform their employers or an appropriate authority of internal grievances and risks, anywhere, any time.
This option is particularly aimed at people who do not have internet access or who are more familiar with the telephone as a form of communication. BKMS® VoiceIntake allows information to be recorded by phone automatically; these reports are processed in the BKMS® System as normal.
